Add a Custom Background

A custom background can be added to a CH5 project.

NOTE: As of the CH5 2.15.0 release, the project background color is set using the Theme Builder. The background image and color are no longer available within the project configuration JSON file. The "extends" keyword has also been removed from the JSON and is no longer applicable. Users upgrading from an older CH5 version will need to manually update their projects to support this change.
