Log In to the Portal

After contracts are signed, Crestron will send login credentials for the partner portal via email. The credentials consist of a username and a temporary password. For help regarding these credentials, email XIOSDK@crestron.com.

To access the partner portal:

Navigate to https://pre-portal.crestron.io.
Enter the username and temporary password from the welcome email when prompted.

Upon successful login, an on-screen prompt will appear to create a new password. This password should be used for any subsequent logins to the partner portal.
